10:00am – 11:30am (Robert Trent Jones Pavilion):
Mt. Chester Taco Bar Lunch & Registration.

11:00am – 11:45am (Range & Tournament Center):
Warm Up, Starter Instruction & Proceed to Starting Tee Boxes.

12:00pm – SHOTGUN START.

5:30pm (Robert Trent Jones Pavilion):
Mt. Sparrowhawk BBQ Dinner & Prizes.

FORMAT

2 Person Best Ball (Play your own ball take the best score on each hole).
-Your partner does not have to be a VIP Golf member.
-Mens, Ladies & Mixed categories
-Lunch and Dinner included

$199 per player

-ONE GUEST ALLOWED PER MEMBER-

CANCELLATION AND BOOKING POLICY.
Cancellations will be accepted up to 5pm on September 12th. Cancellations made after this date will not be accepted so make sure you are able to play. You may select a non-VIP Golf Member as your partner however, we will not accept teams made up of 2 non-members. As this event is taking place fairly late in our golf season, there will be the possibility of a frost delay, the start time of 12 noon this should eliminate that as a factor. If the event is cancelled due to weather on or before October 2nd, you will have the choice to either receive a full refund for the entry fee or you may keep that amount on your account as a credit which can be used for future VIP Golf green fees and or membership renewal dues. This credit is considered cash and is automatically used for the next charges to your account until used up and does not expire. If the event is not cancelled before Oct. 2nd it will be considered playable and a “go”. If the event has to be stopped during play and cannot be resumed, the dinner will be a “go” and all prizing and gifts will be dispersed based on number holes played. We have room for 72 teams and will be accepting them on a first come first serve basis.
