Crab, Sweet Corn and Puffed Taro with grilled celeriac puree and grained mustard.
Wild Mushroom Tapenade with balsamic reduction and micro greens.

Roasted Pumpkin Soup with roasted almonds and truffle foam.
Romaine Wedge Salad crisp romaine wedge with crispy pancetta, freshly shaved parmesan and finished with a Caesar dressing.

Baked 5oz Lobster Tail in creamy yellow corn polenta and red wine New Orleans gumbo sauce.
8oz Peppercorn Crusted New York Steak with wild mushrooms, saffron hollandaise and served with ceramic potato au gratin, grilled baby carrots and asparagus.
Roasted Norwegian Salmon with confit tomato, lobster chive veloute served with potato au gratin and grilled baby carrots and asparagus.
Dessert
Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake with strawberry coulis.
