Administration

·         Cart Stops – We now have a cart stop feature installed in our entire cart fleet. This feature will prevent carts from going into certain restricted areas, such as the native grass hills, certain cart paths, too close to greens etc. Should your cart stop, you must reverse out of the area you are in and proceed in a different direction. Please let the pro shop know if you experience any abnormal cart stoppages, ie on a cart path.

o   Member Carts – As member carts do not have the cart stop feature, we will be trusting all private member carts will be following all the cart rules. Failure to follow cart rules and policies may result in individual carts not being allowed on the course. If you are unsure of any cart policy, please reach out to Bill or Trevor for clarification.

Pro Shop

·         August Pro Shop Sale – 30% off all clothing, shoes, bags, and accessories (hats, socks, gloves, belts etc.); 25% off all golf clubs including drivers, iron sets, sand wedges, and putters

·         Upcoming Club Events

o   Member Shotgun – Sept. 11th – 8:45am S/G

o   Construction Tournament Sept. 11th – 1pm S/G

o   Member Shotgun – Saturday Sept. 12th – 8:45am S/G

o   MH College Alumni Tournament – Saturday Sept. 12th – 1:15pm S/G

o   Bartle & Gibson Tournament – Sept 18th - 1:15pm S/G

Clubhouse

·         Weekly Features – Will return next week.

·         Clubhouse Closing for Private Functions

o   The clubhouse will close at 3pm Saturday Aug. 29th

·         Hours – Please note, the clubhouse hours will begin shrinking as the days get shorter. Typically, kitchen is open 15 min. after sunset, currently till 8:50pm.

·         Staffing – As we approach September, staff levels decrease. Please note there will be days where we have only 1 or even 0 beverage carts on the course. Please watch for signs and we apologize for any inconvenience. As well, there may be days where the snack shack is closed.

Grounds

·         Aeration – We will be doing a small tine punch Monday Aug. 31st and Tuesday Sept. 1st. Tee times are bit more limited these days, sorry for any inconvenience.
