A wine representative from "Renaissance Wine" will be pairing wine with the following:

Amuse Bouche to Start

Lobster Guacamole
Served in a crispy wonton cup finished with sriracha mayo

Peppered Roast Beef
Served in a mini yorkshire pudding and served with red wine truffle sauce

Parmesan Cone
With a white bean mousse and finished on top of basil pesto

Caprice Crostini
Served on crostini topped with melted brie cheese and finished with a balsamic reduction

Risotto Patty
Sundried tomato and basil served with roasted mustard aioli
